By downloading or using PawCheck, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Medical Disclaimer
Results provided by PawCheck are informational only and do not constitute veterinary advice, assessment, or medical advice of any kind. The triage levels (Urgent, Wait & See, Home Care) are informational suggestions based on visual observation and should not be the sole basis for any medical decision.
Always consult a licensed veterinarian if your pet is in distress, showing worsening symptoms, or if you are uncertain about their condition.
In an emergency, contact your vet or an emergency animal hospital immediately.
3. Subscriptions & Purchases
- Free plan includes 1 consultation
- Paid plans and consultation packs are available as described in-app
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- Manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings
- Refunds are subject to App Store policies
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer or copy the app
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Submit content that violates third-party rights
5. Limitation of Liability
PawCheck and its developers are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated informational content, or for any outcomes related to your pet's health.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you are also protected by applicable EU law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under GDPR or other mandatory EU consumer protection law.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, USA, except where prohibited by applicable local law.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
