What We Don't Collect
- We do not store your photos on our servers after analysis
- We do not create or require user accounts
- We do not sell your data to third parties
- We do not track you across other apps or websites
How Your Data Is Used
Photos you submit are temporarily sent to Anthropic's AI service for analysis. Anthropic processes the image to generate an informational health insight and does not retain the photo after processing.
All other data (pet profiles, consultation history, settings) is stored exclusively on your device using local storage and never leaves your device.
Third-Party Services
PawCheck uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
- Anthropic API — for AI-powered image analysis
- RevenueCat — for managing in-app subscriptions
Your Rights
You may delete all locally stored data at any time by uninstalling the app.
If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
